The BodyCodeŽ System, conceived by Pino Carbone, was born from an extensive 20 years practice and observation of dance, martial arts, massage, yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic which he then integrated within the field of vocational training for the rehabilitation and re-education of motor activity.
 
The BodyCodeŽ System integrates the philosophy and techniques of a new form, making this method of work on the body and mind, a unique, universal and most importantly reliable system.
 
From basic concepts of Yoga, acupuncture, Chi Kong and dance, the BodyCodeŽ System is able to decipher the physical code of each individual and accordingly a biomechanical and functional program is applied to the whole body.
 
BodyCodeŽ System is a kinetic discipline, a creative and analytic system focusing on awareness of the entire body in both static and dynamic conditions. BodyCodeŽ System is indicated to:
 
  • restore postural alignment - assist coordination, rhythm and concentration
  • strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments - stabilize and mobilize the pelvis and spinal column
  • enhance joint mobility - improve equilibrium and proprioception

    Pegasus
    Pegasus is an innovative apparatus mainly designed for therapeutic and preventive purposes. The environment created by Pegasus, allows for a wide range of exercise programs that will improve body biomechanics, proprioception, coordination, strength and flexibility.
     
    Elvis
    Elvis is multifunctional, versatile and small, Elvis is an original and innovative device especially designed to enable people to become conscious of their body. Using Elvis specific program of exercises, aimed at stabilising and mobilising ankles, knees, hips, back and shoulders allow the whole body to be involved in the action.
     
    MasterStretch
    MasterStretch is a device worn on the feet and designed for exercises based on a rocking movement of the ankle that increases flexibility and strength of all the joints of the leg as well as improving core strength and correct use of the spine.
