| Chef Reuben Gerber is the founder and director of Laguna Mountain Guides in Laguna Beach, California. His company provides fully catered outdoor vacation adventures in and around Southern California as well as internationally. Catering to athletes is both art and science. Reuben has a background in nutrition, studying food related allergies and digestive disorders. With awareness in this area, his recipes utilize the balancing and healing properties of food. The meals he provides are delicious, balanced, and always unique. Chef Gerber has designed menus for famous athletes as well as 5 Star destination Spas in North America and Mexico.
